I think this is a nice forum, where everyone enriches it. I'd like to know the German language well, which sounds so beautiful to my ears. But unfortunately I admit that I am very lazy in learning the other languages, and even English I know very little. I often use Google translator to translate from German to Italian, and to help me in the English language.
Of course, I always fear that a badly translated phrase can be interpreted differently, and maybe someone can take offense. In the various languages ​​a different use is made, for example, of the imperative, and what may seem like a "normal" sentence in Italian, I'm afraid it will become "rude" translated into another language. For this reason I always apologize in advance if my answers in English may seem "cold" or even "rude", because it was probably not what I meant. But linguistic diversity must not be an impediment to the enrichment of the forum, so I will always have pleasure in reading your interventions in German and, if I can, contribute. Google translator seems to work quite well when translating from German to Italian, and even if a few words are translated incorrectly, the general meaning of the content is understandable.

P.S. @PM: do you also use the German translator? I thought that German and Dutch were two very similar and close languages, so I thought that a Dutch and a German could speak among themselves .. and in fact, analyzing the written words, many Dutch words seem similar to German... (I was probably wrong!).

Es ist bestimmt möglich, auf einen englischen Beitrag auch mit einem deutschen Text zu reagieren. Gerade was die Übersetzung von Englisch nach Deutsch (und umgekehrt) betrifft, ist Google Translate recht gut; sprich: Jeder kann sich einen nicht oder nur tlw. verständlichen Text dort problemlos übersetzen lassen.
Diesbezüglich habe ich gar keine Sorgen.
