Loc.gov (library of congress)
Königliche Bibliothek in Kopenhagen
Warschau/Danzig/Posen
Stabi/Slub/BSB/Düsseldorf
Madrid
usw.

Da gibts überall wahnsinnig viel auch ohne Anmeldung.

Man muss aber auch mal suchen.....

Don't forget to search the books at Archive.org (originally the Wayback Machine): https://archive.org/details/texts. There are organ works available if you search for "organ music" using the quotes.

There are also collections of music including the Joseph J. Birch Organ Music Collection of 340 volumes at: https://archive.org/details/birch?tab=collection. Type a name or a word like prelude or communion, and then be sure to click the "Search text contents" button just below where you typed the name or word. A number of the volumes are 19th and early 20th century with not difficult music fit for church service.

Good luck!
