Not exactly... if we're talking about the electronic components, maybe so... but Viscount's cabinets are usually more refined, with different wood thicknesses to make them look more elegant. This one looks like a simpler melamine cabinet, and only a Dutch version is known to exist... So the internal library of alternative sounds should be different for each Pipeset it contains.
Perhaps Maestro orgnas are more refined and have more non-dutch voices?
